TÜBİTAK 1001 PROJECT IS FUNDED
Project Title is "development of performance based design and evaluation methods by comparison with Observed earthquake performance of the structures in Turkey". The project team is constituted of the project executer, three assistant researchers, two project advisors and MSc. & Ph.D. students. It is proposed that the project has been completed in 30 months with the budget of 290,000YTL.
Sakarya International Symposium of Earthquake Engineering
Sakarya International Symposium of Earthquake Engineering is jointly organized by Sakarya University Civil Engineering Department (SAUCED), by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality and by Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers-Sakarya Branch. Since one decade passed over 1999 Marmara Earthquake, the symposium subtitle is choosen as” The Learning Outcomes of Marmara Earthquake in the First Decade”. SISEE will be held in Sakarya University, Esentepe Campus, Turkey on October 1-2-3, 2009.
